Jeff is President of Wilson Blanchard Management, An Associa® Company (WB) where he is responsible for communication strategies and WB’s external vision “to bring positive impact and meaningful value to every community” as well as our internal values, encouraging our team to “create the culture you crave” every day. In addition to guiding leadership and staff continuous development and focusing on employee experience, he is also responsible for strategic initiatives to help build the future of community management, as well as corporate governance and key performance objectives for overall company performance.
Jeff initially joined WB in 2004 as the Manager of Financial Reporting before moving to Director of Internal Operations and then Vice President prior to his current role. Prior to joining WB, he worked in public accounting as an audit manager for a mid-sized firm for 8 years and continues to hold the designations of CGA (Certified General Accountant) and CPA through the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. He has taught various accounting courses through Mohawk College and continues to teach the “Condominium Management Financials” course through Humber College as part of the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) program.
