Jeanette Kloppenburg has been a dedicated professional in the property management industry since 1992 and has served the condominium industry since 1994. With more than 30 years of experience spanning operations, finance, community management, and leadership, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of condominium operations from the ground up.
Starting in rental property management before transitioning to the condominium sector, Jeanette developed expertise in financial administration, accounts payable, and financial reporting. In 2007, she moved into the role of condominium manager, where she spent the next 19 years working directly with condominium communities, boards of directors, and residents. Through this experience, she developed extensive expertise in condominium operations, governance, client relations, and community leadership.
Today, as Vice President of Operations, Jeanette oversees a team of 20 professionals and supports the successful management of approximately 130 condominium communities while continuing to provide operational and management guidance where needed.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to service excellence, Jeanette is passionate about mentoring industry professionals, building strong client relationships, supporting vibrant condominium communities, and giving back through volunteer service.
