Chair & President, Associa Cares Canada
Andrew Fortin
As Senior Vice President of External Affairs, Andrew oversees Associa’s public affairs, media relations, government affairs, and corporate citizenship efforts. With more than 20 years of experience in the public and government affairs arena, Andrew focuses on working with Associa’s clients, industry colleagues, and business partners to ensure a vibrant future for client communities and Associa employees.
Prior to joining Associa, Andrew served as the Vice President of Government and Public Affairs for the Community Associations Institute, where he brought homeowners, management companies, and businesses together to improve industry practices. His track record of collaboration and industry advocacy was built upon a foundation of experience that included the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the National Club Association, and serving as the Chief of Staff and Budget Committee Liaison for Congressman Peter Hoekstra (MI).
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Central Michigan University and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Catholic University of America. He is a licensed attorney in the District of Columbia and Virginia.

Craig Rumsby
As the Senior Vice President of Operations for Associa British Columbia, Craig works closely with the Branch President to manage 500+ strata corporations and three corporate offices around the province of British Columbia. Craig’s focus is on all aspects of client retention, the employee experience, and daily operations. Craig works directly out of the Vancouver offices of Associa British Columbia while also serving as the Vice Chair of Associa Cares Canada. During Craig’s tenure with Associa British Columbia, the company has achieved recognition from Great Places to Work, Canada, as one of the Best Workplaces for Professional Services in Canada.
Prior to joining Associa British Columbia, Craig was a proven hospitality professional for over 25 years, working in the Hotel/Restaurant sector and the Seniors Housing Industry throughout the province. Craig held successive senior leadership positions and is a decisive hospitality professional with a career marked by delivering results and working collaboratively with winning teams.
Craig lives in North Vancouver and enjoys all things involving the outdoors.

Luanne Crilly
As Senior Vice President at Maple Ridge Community Management, An Associa® Company (MRCM), Luanne has worked closely with the president’s office for 21 years, responsible for corporate administration with a strong focus on customer service.
Prior to joining MRCM, Luanne was a client of MRCM and sat on a condominium board of directors, serving as president for more than a decade. At the time of joining, MRCM was a company of 18 employees and managed under 50 communities, and Luanne worked alongside the Founder and President. MRCM is a little company that grew, now serving over 300 communities. Involved in many corporate initiatives, including internal and external communications, Luanne is the central contact for any client concerns. Luanne is also the company’s internal and external event planner, coordinating employee retention events at MRCM, including the annual golf tournament in support of Associa Cares and client board education events.
Before MRCM, Luanne was an executive administrator to the president’s office at Laura Secord, a Canadian chocolatier company with offices across the country. Supporting the leadership team for 15 years, Luanne was also the customer service contact for all customer concerns. This was, without a doubt, a “sweet” career.
An honour graduate of Ryerson University, Luanne holds a bachelor’s degree in Administration.

Jeff Lack
As Vice President of Communications and Technology for Wilson Blanchard Management, An Associa® Company (WB), Jeff is responsible for the company’s CRM and accounting systems and communications, internal operating systems, and technology solutions. He also spearheads WB’s continuing professional development programs, authoring and hosting educational sessions that enhance knowledge and skills in delivering professional services.
Jeff initially joined WB in 2004 as the Manager of Financial Reporting, then as Director of Internal Operations, before moving into his current role as VP. Prior to joining WB, Jeff worked in public accounting as an audit manager for a mid-sized firm for eight years.
Jeff has taught various accounting courses through Mohawk College, including “Financial Statement Concepts” and “Contemporary Accounting Issues.” From 2017-2022 he was an instructor for the “Financial Planning for Condominium Managers” course through the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO), which has now transitioned to the Condominium Management Program at Humber College. Jeff currently teaches the “Condominium Management Financials” course required to earn a Condominium Manager General License in Ontario through the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO). In addition to his teaching activities, Jeff has contributed articles for a variety of industry publications.
Jeff is a graduate of Brock University, where he earned his Bachelor of Accounting degree. Following that, he completed his designation as a Certified General Accountant (CGA) and is a designated CPA through the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.

Matt Steele
As Senior Vice President of Integrated Services, Matt is responsible for the oversight of several Associa service entities throughout North America. His responsibilities in this capacity include serving as a leader to these business unit leaders to help them achieve Associa’s core corporate objectives and uphold corporate policies. Matt also educates our teams on Associa’s programs and services.
Matt was formerly the Senior Vice President of Branch Operations for the west/southwest region of the U.S. Before that, he was Vice President of Associa’s National Field Services, where he was responsible for the oversight of the maintenance operations in Associa branches.
Prior to his position with the corporate office, Matt was President of Associa Real Property Management in Columbus, Ohio. He holds his AMS®, CMCA®, and PCAM® designations from the Community Associations Institute and has more than 25 years in the community management industry.
Matt has been married for 18 years and has a son and two daughters. He and his family currently reside in Frisco, Texas. Before that, he was based out of our Scottsdale, Arizona location.

Tom Kortko
Thomas Kortko is Vice President of Operations of Maple Ridge Community Management, An Associa® Company (MRCM). Thomas has been with MRCM and has served the condominium industry for 25 years. During his tenure, he has managed many condominium communities throughout the Greater Toronto Area and mentored many employees, helping them progress in their careers.
Thomas is a Registered Condominium Manager, a member of ACMO, and an author of numerous industry-related articles and blogs. Thomas has his Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification and an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto.

Thomas Young
Tom Young has more than 17 years of experience in residential, condominium, and commercial property management. Passionate about proactively maintaining properties to deliver the greatest investment return to shareholders, he has served communities in the United States, Mexico, and Canada with best-in-class customer service. Mr. Young has served in the Canadian market since 2011.
Being passionate about all things related to property ownership, in 2021, Mr. Young moved into the leadership role at Associa C-ERA Property Management & Realty (C-ERA). His goal is to impart the same passionate service to all C-ERA employees and up-and-coming leaders in the industry.
Giving back has also always been a top priority for Mr. Young. From volunteering to contributing, Tom challenges himself to find the greatest need and create a lasting impact on the communities and people around him through sweat equity.

Adam Lord
Mr. Lord has been in the real estate industry since 2003. He has been a member of the Associa team since 2015 and has worked in a variety of capacities, including Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Operations. As the current Branch President and managing broker, Mr. Lord leads the British Columbia market operations. He is responsible for overall strata and property management growth and development of Associa’s Surrey, Vancouver, and Kelowna branch offices.
Mr. Lord graduated from Miami University (Ohio) with a Bachelor of Science degree and holds the Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation and RI designation as a member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia. In 2018, he received the Professional Association of Managing Agents (PAMA) Industry Leader of the Year.

Mike Mullen
Mike Mullen, B.A., R.C.M., is Senior Vice President of Property Management for Wilson Blanchard Management, An Associa® Company (WB). As Senior Vice President, Mike oversees WB’s three offices in the Hamilton, Toronto, and Waterloo regions.
Mike has been with WB since 1999, fulfilling various roles within the company, from Property Manager to Manager of Business Development, Executive Director, and his current role as Senior Vice President.
Mike’s Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and interpersonal skills have provided mentorship to many property managers.
With Mike’s extensive knowledge of the Condominium Act, as well as the information gathered from taking numerous condominium courses, he can train new managers to the level of excellence expected of a WB employee. Mike is a regular speaker and contributor at industry-related webinars, seminars, conferences, and courses.
